
Parmesan Crusted Cabbage Slices
Deliciously crispy edges and tender middles make these Parmesan crusted cabbage slices a perfect side dish. They're easy to prepare with a few ingredients and can be made using parchment paper or nonstick sheet pans. Bake at 400°F for perfectly golden cheese! Serve topped with parsley and pepitas for added flavor.
What you need
parsley

tbsp olive oil

pepitas
cabbage

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a nonstick sheet pan. 2: Add the Parmesan to the sheet pan, then add the seasoning and the oil. Mix together to make a paste. 3: Divide the mixture into 5-6 equal-sized portions and flatten to create half-moon shapes large enough for each cabbage slice. 4: Place the cabbage slices on top of the Parmesan mixture, drizzle the tops with a little more oil and seasoning. 5: Bake in the oven for 16-19 minutes, until the edges of the cheese are brown. 6: Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a couple of minutes, drain excess oil, then carefully flip the slices over using a spatula. 7: Bake for another 10 minutes. 8: Top with chopped parsley and pepitas before serving.View original recipe
