oz parmesan cheese

tbsp olive oil
sweet potato

fl oz honey

bunch scallion
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425 F and place a sheet pan in the oven while it preheats. 2: Remove the hot sheet pan from the oven. Drizzle one tablespoon of oil over the bottom, then season the pan with salt and pepper. 3: Create overlapping rows with the sweet potatoes to create flat 'stacks' until the entire sheet pan is full. 4: Drizzle the tops of the potatoes with the remaining olive oil, brush to cover the surface, then season with salt and pepper. 5: Add the Parmesan cheese evenly over the stacks, then the thyme. 6: Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are browned and the edges are crisp. 7: Top with hot honey and scallions.View original recipe
