
Pasta with Creamy Tomato-Balsamic Sauce
A quick and delicious pasta dish made with a creamy tomato-balsamic sauce, halloumi cheese, and spinach. Perfect for busy nights, this meal comes together in just 10 minutes. The sauce is made using Spicy Organic Sauce which includes over 12 veggies and no added sugar.
What you need

tsp garlic powder

salt
tbsp olive oil

cup fresh basil

oz pasta
Instructions
1: Add the olive oil, Otamot’s sauce, balsamic vinegar, yogurt and garlic powder to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. 2: Add the mixture to a small saucepan along with the spinach and basil. Heat over medium heat until warm, about 5 minutes. 3: While the sauce is heating, heat a little olive oil in a second sauté pan over medium high. Pan-fry each slice of halloumi for about 30-45 seconds per side until browned. Remove and set on a plate. 4: Add the sauce to the pasta and toss to combine. Add in the cherry tomatoes and toss again.
