These over-the-top PB&J waffles are made without peanuts and topped with sunflower butter and warm wild blueberries. Quick and delicious, they disappeared in less than a minute!
What you need

tsp cream of tartar

tsp baking soda

ripe banana
tsp psyllium husk powder

cup almond milk
egg

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Blend all ingredients together. 2: Spray waffle iron with avocado oil. 3: Pour batter into the waffle iron. 4: Cook for 2-3 minutes.View original recipe
