What you need

english cucumber
red onion

tsp salt
crusty bread

tbsp balsamic vinegar
tsp pepper

tbsp olive oil
tomato
slice prosciutto

tbsp fresh basil
oz burrata
Instructions
1: Make the dressing by adding the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, whole grain mustard, minced basil, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside. 2: In a large bowl, add the peaches, tomato, onion, and cucumber.
