What you need

tbsp peanut butter

cup cottage cheese

pinch salt

tbsp chocolate chips

tsp coconut oil

fl oz lemon juice

medjool dates

cup crisp rice cereal
Instructions
1: Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, dates, salt, lemon juice, and vanilla to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. 2: Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil on 30 second intervals in the microwave. 3: Add the cereal and the melted chocolate to a bowl and mix to combine until the cereal is well coated. 4: Add half the cereal mixture to 2 small ramekins to create a crust layer.
