What you need

tsp red curry paste

tbsp roasted peanuts

cup water

tsp garlic powder

avocado
tsp ginger powder

tbsp maple syrup
tbsp tamari soy sauce

oz sesame seed

tbsp red bell pepper

oz salmon

tbsp peanut butter

tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup rice vermicelli

tbsp scallion

tbsp cabbage

bunch cilantro
Instructions
1: Add the sauce ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. 2: Add the sauce to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Whisk constantly for about 1-2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. 3: Pour the sauce over cooked vermicelli noodles. Top the bowl with chopped cabbage, chopped red bell pepper, roasted peanuts, chopped scallions, cooked salmon, and avocado. 4: Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.View original recipe
