What you need
cup red onion

tsp salt

cup celery

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp mayonnaise
pepper

tbsp olive oil

tbsp basil pesto

cup fresh basil
Instructions
1: Prep the salad by adding tomatoes, cucumber, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss to combine and set aside. 2: Make the tuna by adding the drained tuna to a medium bowl and mashing it with a fork. Add onion, celery, salt, pesto, and mayonnaise, and mix everything to combine. 3: In a serving bowl, add the tomato and cucumber salad. Tear burrata into about 5-6 pieces and spread over the salad. 4: Form the tuna salad into a large ball and place it in the middle of the salad.
