cup coconut milk

1: Soak the dates in warm water for about 15 minutes, then drain the water. 2: Blend the cottage cheese in a high-speed blender until smooth. If your blender isn't powerful, blend it with some of the milk. 3: Add the pistachios, milk, dates, and vanilla to the blender.
