Instructions
1: Peel, cube, and steam the Japanese sweet potatoes. 2: Once the sweet potatoes are steamed and still warm, add them to a food processor along with coconut flour, tahini, and optional salt and dried thyme. 3: Process until a dough forms. 4: Form the dough into a crust shape. 5: Bake on a greased parchment paper covered baking sheet or pizza stone at 425°F for about 35 minutes. 6: Brush the top with oil and flip halfway through cooking.View original recipe
