
Plantain Skillet
A delicious and healthy nacho skillet made with air-fried plantains, topped with hot sauce, tomatoes, jalapeños, greens, avocado, fried eggs, cilantro, and crumbled cheese. Perfect for a wholesome lunch or snack!
What you need

pinch chipotle powder

pinch garlic powder

splash hot sauce
cheese

bunch cilantro

splash avocado oil
pinch salt

pinch paprika
Instructions
1: Cut up the plantains and spray with avocado oil. 2: Season with chipotle powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. 3: Air fry the seasoned plantains at 350°F for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. 4: Lay the air-fried plantains in a cast iron skillet. 5: Brush with hot sauce and add sliced tomatoes and jalapeños (and cheese if desired). 6: Bake the skillet at 400°F for about 7-10 minutes. 7: Remove from oven and top with greens, avocado, fried eggs, cilantro, and crumbled cheese.View original recipe
