What you need

tsp lemon juice

tsp maple syrup

tsp baking powder

pinch salt

tsp coconut oil
tbsp cacao powder

tsp vanilla

tsp cinnamon

cup almond butter

cup yogurt

cup almond milk

tbsp coconut flour

cup oats

Instructions
1: Prepare the sweet and savory GF bagel with the ingredients: mix yogurt, protein powder, almond butter, water, maple syrup, cinnamon, and lemon juice. 2: For the vanilla paleo protein waffles, blend together coconut oil, vanilla protein, banana, eggs, baking powder, and coconut flour. Cook in a waffle maker. 3: For the overnight blueberry oats, mix oats, yogurt, almond milk, vanilla protein, blueberry jam, pinch of salt, and vanilla.
