tbsp ground flaxseed

tsp ghee

Instructions
1: Blend 1 organic egg with 4 egg whites, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, Himalayan salt, pepper, a couple dashes of cinnamon, and some onion granules. 2: Heat up a teaspoon of ghee on medium high in an oven-safe pan. 3: Pour in the mixture and add cooked veggies. 4: Let cook until more than half is done. 5: Put under high broiler for 2-3 minutes to finish cooking. 6: Remove and fold over like an omelet.View original recipe
