What you need

dash ginger

tsp cream of tartar

tbsp applesauce

dash nutmeg

tsp vanilla

cinnamon

tbsp protein powder
tsp psyllium husk powder

tbsp almond milk
egg

tbsp coconut flour
Instructions
1: Blend all ingredients for the pancakes. 2: Spray frying pan or griddle with avocado oil. 3: Pour in batter about 1/3 cup at a time. 4: Once it bubbles, flip and cook the other side. 5: For the apple spread, mix applesauce with almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon.View original recipe
