
Pumpkin Sage Ravioli
A creamy pumpkin sage sauce served with ravioli, topped with pecans and crispy sage, perfect for pasta, potatoes, or chicken.
What you need

splash coconut aminos

cup cashew butter
tsp pepper

tbsp nutritional yeast

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

cup water

tsp dried sage
Instructions
1: Blend all ingredients for the sauce together until smooth. 2: Add the sauce to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low. 3: Quickly boil ravioli of your choice. 4: Pat the ravioli dry and heat a little olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and a splash of coconut aminos in a sauté pan. 5: Sear the ravioli on each side. 6: Remove and toss the ravioli in the creamy sauce. 7: Drizzle the balsamic mixture over the top. 8: Top the ravioli with crushed pecans and fried sage.View original recipe
