tsp apple cider vinegar

1: For the honey mustard sauce, blend all ingredients: broth, coconut milk, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper, dried thyme, onion, oil, and potato starch. 2: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and whisk until it thickens. 3: Prepare the chicken by patting it dry, seasoning with ranch seasoning, and letting it air dry in the fridge for an hour. 4: Sear the chicken in a cast iron pan over medium-low heat for 9 minutes, then flip it, add ghee, and cook for an additional 6 minutes or until cooked through. 5: Combine the chicken and honey mustard sauce with cooked pasta to serve.View original recipe
