tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ghee

clove garlic

tsp parsley

tsp pepper

tsp salt

Instructions
1: Pat dry the jumbo sea scallops with paper towels. 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee with 1 clove sliced garlic over medium-high heat. 3: After about 1 minute, add the scallops and sear for 2 minutes on each side. 4: Spread the scallops out to ensure the juices don’t ruin the sear. 5: Cut 2 cups of mini potatoes using a waffle fry cutter. 6: Toss the waffle fries in coconut oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dill seed, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 7: Air fry the seasoned waffle fries at 375°F for 10 minutes, shaking every 3 minutes.View original recipe
