A delicious French Fry Wednesday featuring Ranch Seasoned Waffle Fries paired with Garlic Ghee Scallops. This meal is a perfect dinner idea, combining crispy waffle fries made from mini potatoes with seared scallops cooked in ghee and garlic, seasoned to perfection.
What you need

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tbsp ghee

clove garlic

tsp parsley

tsp pepper

tsp salt

splash coconut oil
Instructions
1: Pat dry the scallops with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. 2: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and 1 sliced clove of garlic over medium high heat. 3: After about 1 minute, add the scallops and sear for 2 minutes per side, avoiding overcrowding. 4: For the waffle fries, cut 2 cups of mini potatoes with a waffle fry cutter. 5: Toss the fries in coconut oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, dill seed, parsley, salt, and pepper. 6: Air fry the seasoned fries at 375°F for 10 minutes, shaking every 3 minutes.View original recipe
