
Roasted Green Bean Caesar

What you need

tbsp parmesan cheese
tbsp olive oil

tbsp almond flour

tsp salt

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp capers

tbsp sugar
tbsp greek yogurt
tbsp mayo

tsp mustard
head romaine hearts
tsp pepper

tsp dried oregano
tsp red pepper flake

tsp garlic
hard-boiled egg
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Add the green beans to a large bowl, then add the olive oil, salt, pepper, almond flour, and Parmesan cheese. Toss the green beans until well coated. 3: Add the green beans to a sheet pan, spreading them out and adding extra Parmesan and almond from the bowl. Roast for 20-25 minutes until fork tender. 4: While the green beans roast, make the dressing by combining Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, capers, caper juice, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Mix to combine and set aside. 5: On a plate, spread a layer of the dressing, top with romaine, roasted green beans, crispy Parmesan and almond pieces, and Parmesan slivers.
