
Roasted Honey-Sesame-Chili Brussels
Easy and addictive roasted Brussels sprouts with a honey-sesame-chili sauce, prepared in one pan, perfect for enjoying the seasonal veggie.
What you need

fl oz honey

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp greek yogurt

tbsp mayo

tsp soy sauce

tbsp sesame seed

lb brussel sprouts

bunch scallion

tsp garlic

tbsp chili garlic sauce

tsp ginger
Instructions
1: Quickly blanch Brussels in an oven-safe pan in salted boiling water for 2 minutes (covered), then drain the water. 2: Make the sauce: Combine sesame oil, honey, chili garlic or sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a bowl. 3: Toss the Brussels with the sauce and sesame seeds. 4: Roast for 20-25 minutes on 425°F. 5: Remove from the oven and top with chopped scallions, honey drizzle, more sesame seeds, and spicy aioli.View original recipe
