
Roasted Pear Wedges
These roasted pear wedges with prosciutto and brie are the tastiest little appetizers that perfectly balance sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy flavors. They're ideal for any gathering, easy to prepare, and guaranteed to please your guests!
What you need

fl oz olive oil

dried cranberries

fl oz honey
oz prosciutto

tsp salt

bunch arugula

oz brie
pepper

tbsp pecan nuts

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2: Gently use a spoon to remove the core from the pear wedges. Place onto the parchment paper and season with salt and pepper. 3: Add a slice of Brie to each of the pears, then add a few thyme leaves. Individually wrap each pear with a piece of prosciutto. Place back on the sheet pan and spread apart. 4: Drizzle the pears with a little olive oil and bake for 14-17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crisp. 5: Serve on a plate, top with pecans, cranberries, arugula, and drizzle with honey.View original recipe
