oz prosciutto

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Gently use a spoon to remove the core from the pear wedges. Place them onto the parchment paper and season with salt and pepper. 3: Add a slice of Brie to each pear wedge, then add a few thyme leaves. Individually wrap each pear with a slice of prosciutto. Place back on the sheet pan and spread apart. 4: Drizzle the pears with a little olive oil and bake for 14-17 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crisp. 5: Serve on a plate, topping with pecans, cranberries, arugula, and drizzle with honey.View original recipe
