
Roasted Pears with Gorgonzola
A delicious and easy holiday appetizer or side dish featuring roasted pears filled with chopped gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, and fresh thyme, drizzled with hot honey and garnished with arugula and cranberries.
What you need

tbsp fresh thyme

tsp salt

oz dried cranberries

tsp black pepper

pepper

pear

cup walnut

cup gorgonzola

fl oz honey
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425. 2: Add gorgonzola, walnuts, and thyme one at a time to a cutting board. Chop each item a few times, until well combined. 3: Add the pears to the baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, then add a couple spoonfuls of the filling to each pear half. Drizzle with hot honey, then bake for 12-16 minutes. Cover if needed. 4: Place the pears on a plate, add a small amount of arugula, cranberries if using, and black pepper.
