What you need

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tsp dried dill

tbsp maple syrup
corn
zucchini
tbsp olive oil
cup parsley

tsp salt

tsp garlic powder
red onion

cup baby spinach
tsp pepper

tsp dried oregano
sweet potato

garlic

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp spicy brown mustard

can chickpea
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line two separate sheet pans with parchment paper. 2: Place veggies on one pan and sweet potatoes and chickpeas on the other. 3: Roast both sheet pans for 30-40 minutes at 425°F, tossing a few times. 4: Make the salad by adding all ingredients and dressing together and toss.View original recipe
