Instructions
1: Pan-sear the salmon in a little coconut oil until cooked through. 2: Hard boil the egg and set aside. 3: Slice the potatoes in half, season with paprika and salt, then sear in the same pan before roasting. 4: Roast the potatoes at 425°F for about 15 minutes. 5: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, coconut aminos, sweet chili, salt, and garlic powder. 6: Roast the Brussels at 450°F for 20-25 minutes. 7: Prepare the dressing by mixing tahini, maple syrup, salt, balsamic, lemon juice, and water to the desired consistency. 8: Assemble the power bowl by placing arugula as the base, then adding salmon, egg, potatoes, and Brussels, followed by the dressing.View original recipe
