fl oz hot sauce

salsa

avocado

oz mexican cheese
Instructions
1: Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil over medium-high in an 8-inch sauté pan. 2: Add 1 chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes, until soft. 3: Add a jar of your favorite salsa and bring to bubbling. 4: Create divots for the eggs, add 4 eggs spread out, then cook for about 3-4 minutes until whites are 1/2 cooked. 5: Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for another 4-5 minutes. 6: For sunny side up, remove the cover to let the steam out every 20 seconds.View original recipe
