Instructions
1: Slice the cucumber using a mandolin and drizzle with coconut aminos and lemon juice, then sprinkle sesame seeds and mustard seeds on top. 2: Pat the wild salmon steak dry and season with salt and pepper. 3: Heat a cast iron skillet and add coconut and sesame oil (3:1 ratio). 4: Sear the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side. 5: When flipping the salmon, add coconut aminos and crushed garlic to the pan. 6: For the tahini sauce, mix tahini with coconut aminos and water (optional for thinner consistency). 7: Garnish the dish with fresh cilantro.View original recipe
