
Sheet Pan Salmon
An exciting sheet pan meal featuring three varieties of salmon from Secret Island Salmon along with red potatoes and broccolini. The dish combines Blackened, Whiskey Teriyaki, and Coho Salmon, seasoned and roasted for a healthy and flavorful dinner.
What you need

tsp garlic powder
tsp pepper

broccolini

tbsp olive oil
lemon

tsp oregano
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: In a bowl, add the potatoes, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss to coat. 3: Place the potatoes on a sheet pan and roast for 30 minutes, tossing halfway. 4: Remove the sheet pan from the oven and move the potatoes to one side. 5: Add the broccolini and salmon filets to the sheet pan. 6: Drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over the broccolini, then season the broccolini and Coho filet with salt and pepper. 7: Place the lemon halves face down on the sheet pan. 8: Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the salmon filets and roast for 9-11 minutes, until the salmon is cooked to your liking.View original recipe
