
Shredded Feta Romaine Salad

What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp tahini

cup water
tbsp olive oil

tsp salt
cup greek yogurt
avocado

tsp garlic powder
cup red onion
pepper

tsp dried oregano

cup cherry tomato
persian cucumber

tsp spicy brown mustard

tbsp almond

can chickpea

Instructions
1: Make the dressing. Add the tahini, yogurt, balsamic, olive oil, maple syrup, mustard, salt, garlic powder and oregano to a jar. Cover the jar and shake until very smooth. 2: Make the salad. Add the romaine to a plate spread out, then top with the avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, almonds, chickpeas and feta cheese. 3: Add the dressing and toss to coat. 4: Serve with pepper to taste.View original recipe
