oz cooked pasta

Instructions
1: Cook pasta according to the package instructions and set aside. 2: In a bowl, combine cooked pasta with chopped shrimp, chopped tomato, chopped romaine lettuce, toasted breadcrumbs, and shredded Parmesan. 3: For cashew-based dressing, blend cashews, water, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, fish sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and honey until smooth. 4: For original dressing, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, caper juice or fish sauce, garlic powder, honey, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, pepper, and water or milk until smooth. 5: Drizzle dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.View original recipe
