Instructions
1: Heat almond flour tortillas in a pan sprayed with coconut oil over medium high heat. 2: Cut the tortillas in half first. 3: Add dairy free gouda, sautéed spinach and onion, cooked shrimp, and sun dried tomatoes to the tortillas. 4: Allow the cheese to melt. 5: Fold the tortillas over and cut in half. 6: Serve with a dip made from dairy free sour cream and sweet chili sauce to taste.View original recipe
