
Shrimp & Strawberry Ceviche

What you need

cup strawberries

cup lemon juice

tsp cumin

fresno pepper

cup orange juice

cup lime juice
Instructions
1: Chop the shrimp into 1/2 inch pieces and place into a bowl. 2: Add the citrus juice to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the hot citrus juice over the shrimp. Add the salt and cumin and allow to marinate and cool for about 15 minutes. 3: While the shrimp cools, prep the remainder of the ingredients. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, strawberries, cilantro and fresno pepper to a bowl. Toss to combine. 4: Combine the veggie mixture with the shrimp.
