What you need

lemon juice

clove garlic

cup apple cider vinegar

tbsp horseradish

tsp paprika

tbsp mayo

cup white vinegar

romaine

tsp salt

vidalia onion

zucchini

hot sauce

red pepper

tbsp greek yogurt

tsp pepper

tbsp ginger

cup purple cabbage
Instructions
1: Prepare pickled veggies by mixing the cabbage, carrots, zucchini, onion, and red pepper. Heat the vinegars, sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt in a pot until boiling. Remove from heat, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and pour over veggies, marinating for at least 5 minutes. 2: For the remoulade, mix together greek yogurt, mayo, relish, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, paprika, garlic, and lemon juice. 3: In a bowl, combine cooked shrimp with salt, pepper, and greek yogurt or mayo. 4: Assemble the wraps starting with the chosen wrap, adding mashed avocado, shrimp mixture, chopped romaine, pickled veggies, and hot sauce.View original recipe
