
Simple Salmon Scampi
A delicious salmon dish made with just 6 ingredients, perfect for a cozy day. This salmon scampi involves searing salmon and sautéing garlic before combining with a flavorful broth and serving over pasta.
What you need

lb salmon

tbsp olive oil
tbsp ghee

clove garlic

tbsp lemon juice

parmesan
Instructions
1: Heat 1 tablespoon ghee and 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high. 2: Season 1 pound of salmon with salt and pepper and sear for 2 minutes on each side. 3: Remove salmon from pan and add 4 cloves minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. 4: Add 1/2 cup broth, a few dashes of salt and pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Allow the liquid to reduce down to half. 5: Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/4 cup cilantro/parsley mixed (or just parsley). Cook down for another minute. 6: Add the salmon back into the pan and allow to cook in the liquid for a minute. 7: Pour some of the sauce over cooked pasta, add some Parmesan, and serve.View original recipe
