An easy and quick meal featuring wild salmon steak, blanched broccolini tossed in flavorful ingredients, and a delicious 3-ingredient balsamic tahini yogurt dip, all ready in just 10 minutes.
What you need

Instructions
1: Season the wild salmon steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. 2: Heat coconut oil in a pan and sear the salmon steak. 3: Blanch the broccolini by boiling in salt water for 2-3 minutes. 4: Toss the blanched broccolini in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mix in sunflower, sesame, and hemp seeds. 5: For the dip, mix @lifewaykefir plain Kefir, tahini, balsamic reduction, and salt and pepper to taste.
