What you need

tsp salt
bunch fresh parsley

tbsp fresh thyme leaves
tsp pepper

tbsp fresh chives

tbsp mayonnaise
tbsp olive oil
tsp red pepper flake
lb shallot
cup greek yogurt

dash worcestershire sauce

pistachio
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: In a large bowl, add the shallots, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, then transfer to the sheet pan, ensuring all the olive oil is used. Spread out and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 3: While the shallots roast, prepare the horseradish cream by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside. 4: Remove the shallots from the oven and smash each with a flat-bottomed cup until they break into layered pieces. Spread the smashed shallots back on the pan and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, tossing a couple of times. 5: Serve by spreading the horseradish cream on a plate and topping it with the smashed shallots, parsley, red pepper flakes, and crushed pistachios.View original recipe
