tsp dried oregano

cup greek yogurt

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp dijon mustard

cup red onion

tsp fish sauce

oz pasta

tbsp water

tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside. 2: Hard boil the eggs, then let them cool before peeling. 3: Chop the red onion, cucumber, and avocado. 4: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, avocado, and red onion. 5: In a separate bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients: Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, fish sauce, garlic powder, coconut sugar/honey/maple syrup, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast or Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
