What you need

tbsp tapioca starch

cup cashew butter
tsp pepper
avocado

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil
smoked salmon
Instructions
1: Add cashew butter, olive oil, veggie or chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and tapioca starch to a blender. 2: Blend until smooth. 3: Add the mixture to a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat, whisking until thickened (about 4-5 minutes). 4: Pour the sauce over pasta, add smoked salmon (or protein of choice), and some avocado.View original recipe
