
Snickers Froyo Bars
Healthy Snickers Froyo Bars made with a delicious date caramel, a creamy yogurt filling, and dipped in chocolate. A refreshing treat that exceeds expectations and is both gluten-free and easy to make!
What you need

tbsp peanut butter

oz dark chocolate chips

whipped topping

cup greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Make the caramel. Add the dates to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let them sit for 15 minutes, then drain the water. Add the dates to a high speed blender, add the peanut butter and blend until smooth. 2: Make the yogurt filling. Add the whipped topping, the yogurt and the peanut butter to a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth. 3: Line a 9X9 square pan with parchment paper, then spread the date caramel evenly on the bottom. Top with the yogurt filling and spread that evenly. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours, until frozen. 4: Remove the pan from the freezer, flip it over and remove the mixture. Carefully peel off the parchment paper. Slice them into bars, then top with the peanuts. Place them back in the freezer while you melt the chocolate. 5: Melt the chocolate, half at a time. Add half the chocolate and half the coconut oil in a microwave-safe pan in 30 second intervals. Stir them each time until melted. 6: Dip each bar into the chocolate and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with the second half of the chocolate and coconut oil.
