
Sour Cream and Onion Pasta Salad
A delightful pasta salad inspired by the classic sour cream and onion dip. This dish combines cooked pasta with smoked salmon, peas, and a creamy sauce made from Hood Sour Cream, making it perfect for meal prep or as a BBQ side dish.
What you need
tbsp arrowroot starch
cup broth

tsp coconut aminos
tsp pepper

tbsp capers
avocado

tsp salt

tbsp olive oil

cooked pasta
Instructions
1: Blend the sour cream, broth, olive oil, arrowroot, and coconut aminos in a high-speed blender until smooth. 2: Add the mixture to a medium saucepan, and then add the salt, pepper, capers, and onion granules. Mix to combine. 3: Heat the mixture over medium heat and whisk until the sauce thickens—about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. 4: Add all of the ingredients for the pasta salad to a bowl, then add the cooled sauce and toss to combine. 5: Add fresh cracked pepper (optional).View original recipe
