
Soy Roasted Cabbage Wedges
These easy soy roasted cabbage wedges are served with a delicious whipped tahini sauce and topped with pistachios. Perfect as a healthy side dish or vegan meal.
What you need

fl oz lime juice

clove garlic
bunch cilantro

tbsp tamari soy sauce

tsp cumin

tsp salt

tbsp tahini
pepper

head green cabbage

tbsp water
tbsp olive oil

cup vegetable broth

pistachio
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425. 2: Heat a medium cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil then sear the cabbage on each side for 3-4 minutes until browned. 3: Flip the cabbage so the wedges are facing up, add the broth and tamari, cover, and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes. 4: Remove the cover and place it back in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the liquid is evaporated. 5: While the cabbage cooks, make the sauce by blending water, tahini, cumin, salt, pepper, lime juice, garlic, and date until smooth. 6: Plate the cabbage, and top it with the sauce, pistachios, and cilantro.View original recipe
