
Spiced Honey Salmon Tacos
These spiced honey salmon tacos are delicious and perfect for a taco night! Made with gluten-free tortillas and topped with a cashew lime crema, mashed avocado, and optional toppings like pickled onions and fresh cilantro.
What you need

tsp chili powder

tsp garlic powder

fl oz lime juice

fl oz honey

tsp oregano

bunch fresh cilantro

tsp salt

tsp lime zest

cup raw cashews

lb salmon filet

tbsp water
fl oz olive oil

tsp cumin
pepper

Instructions
1: Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make spice mixture. Add salt, cumin, oregano, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder to a small dish. Mix to combine. 3: Add salmon to the sheet pan, then drizzle with honey. Brush honey to coat the salmon. Sprinkle spice mixture over the top. Drizzle with olive oil, then place it under broiler for 8-9 minutes. 4: While the salmon roasts, make crema. Add cashews, water, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. 5: Mash together avocado in a bowl or a molcajete with lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. 6: To serve, heat the tortillas in a pan to warm them up or char them over a gas flame. Next, place tortillas on a plate and spread a layer of the avocado onto the surface. Add a piece of salmon, then flake it.
