
Spiced Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Delicious spiced roasted sweet potatoes paired with honey whipped goat cheese. Perfect as a side dish, these sweet potatoes are seasoned with olive oil, cumin, oregano, chili powder, and paprika, then baked to perfection. What you need

tsp chili powder

clove garlic

fl oz honey

tbsp oregano

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

fl oz lemon juice
tbsp olive oil

tbsp cumin
lb sweet potato

bunch basil

almond

tbsp corn starch

oz goat cheese
tbsp greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Add the potatoes to a large bowl, add the starch and toss. 3: Add the oil and spices and toss again until well coated. 4: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway. 5: For the whipped goat cheese, add goat cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and garlic to a food processor and process for about 30 seconds until well combined and smooth (don't over mix). 6: Add honey and gently fold in. 7: Serve spiced roasted sweet potatoes topped with crushed almonds, chopped basil, honey, and black pepper.View original recipe
