cup nutritional yeast

Instructions
1: Soak sunflower seeds overnight and drain them. 2: Place all ingredients except gelatin in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides as necessary. 3: Mix the gelatin with about 1/3 cup warm water until dissolved, then add it to the food processor. 4: Process for a couple of minutes, tasting and adding more spices if desired. 5: Once smooth, place the mixture in a container and refrigerate for at least an hour before enjoying.View original recipe
