Instructions
1: Season the salmon with salt, pepper, mustard powder, and paprika. 2: Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3: Sear the salmon skin side up for 2 minutes. 4: Add coconut aminos to the pan, flip the salmon, and reduce the heat to low. 5: Cover and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes. 6: Air fry the grain-free gnocchi for 10 minutes, then toss in the chimichurri sauce. 7: To make the chimichurri, process parsley, dill, garlic, coconut aminos, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth. 8: Serve salmon with spinach, avocado, and vegan Parmesan.View original recipe
