
Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

cup cooked sushi rice

tbsp mayo

seaweed

tbsp soy sauce

oz sesame seed

oz salmon

Instructions
1: In a bowl, mash together the salmon mixture: cooked salmon, mayo or Greek yogurt, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce or sriracha, sesame oil, and chopped scallions or chives. 2: Spread the cooked sushi rice in an 8x8 pan. Top the rice with sesame seeds, crushed seaweed, and red pepper flakes. 3: Spread the salmon mixture over the rice. Bake for 10 minutes at 425°F, then broil for 2 minutes. 4: Add toppings: sliced avocado, chopped mango, sesame seeds, crushed cashews, chopped jalapeño, and spicy mayo.View original recipe
