
Spicy Shrimp and Creamy Pasta

cup cashew butter

cup water

cup tahini
tsp pepper

tbsp turmeric

tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1: Blend together olive oil, cashew butter, tahini, chopped onion, turmeric, coconut aminos, lemon juice, liquid aminos or tamari soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and water until smooth. 2: Add almond milk yogurt to the blended sauce and mix well. 3: Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. 4: Sauté the shrimp in hot sauce until cooked. 5: Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and shrimp. 6: Serve in a bowl topped with baby kale, roasted asparagus, and Brussels sprouts.View original recipe
