What you need

cup manzanilla olives

shrimp

avocado

cup gluten free flour

tbsp flax

parsley

tsp oregano

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Mix all dry ingredients (gluten free flour, flax, salt, oregano, and minced garlic) in a bowl. 2: Add Greek style yogurt and egg white to the dry mixture and mix into a dough. 3: Spread a little flour on a baking sheet and create a flatbread crust. 4: Spread the chopped manzanilla olives over the top of the dough. 5: Brush the top with egg wash or olive oil. 6: Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F. 7: While the flatbread is cooking, chop veggies and sauté shrimp seasoned with paprika, harissa, and coconut aminos in olive oil for 2 minutes per side. 8: Remove flatbread from the oven, add melted dairy free Gouda, chopped red onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped avocado, and spicy sautéed shrimp. 9: Garnish with parsley before serving.View original recipe
