What you need

tsp soy sauce
tsp honey

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp greek yogurt

rice paper
nori
tbsp mayo

tbsp cilantro
Instructions
1: Finely chop the cooked shrimp and set aside. 2: In a bowl, mix the Mayo, Greek yogurt, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo. 3: In another bowl, combine the shredded purple cabbage, cilantro, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey or sugar to prepare the slaw. 4: Heat enough oil (about 2 inches deep) in a shallow pan until sizzling. 5: Place a rice paper into the oil and press down in the middle. Quickly add a small piece of nori. 6: Once the rice paper crisps up, fold it over and remove it from the oil. 7: Assemble the tacos by filling the crispy shells with shrimp, slaw, and spicy mayo.View original recipe
