Instructions
1: Whisk together smooth peanut butter, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, sriracha, coconut aminos, salt, yellow curry powder, and water until combined. 2: Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. 3: Heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. 4: Add the shrimp, spread them out, and sear for 2 minutes. 5: Flip the shrimp, add sweet chili sauce and a little sriracha, toss, and cook for another 2 minutes. 6: Top with cilantro, crushed peanuts, and more sriracha if desired.View original recipe
